You should follow these tips to avoid extra pickup or shipping charges:

Volumetric Weight (kg) = (Length (cm)× Width (cm) × Height(cm)) / 5000 Avoid additional handling charges:

If your parcel breach any of following condition additional $31 charges will be applicable on your parcel.

• Your parcel’s actual weight or volume weight should not exceed 22KG. Suggestion:
  • If you are having large volume of goods to ship, do not use a box whose volume weight is >22KG
  • In one box don’t put luggage more than 22Kg. if you have more luggage than 22 KG, then divide it into multiple parcels of weight <=22KG.
  • You will get rate benefits on total weight of all the packages. you can get boxes with different size from Home-depot or Uline.
• The longest side of parcel should not exceed 48 inches/122 centimetres.
• The second-longest side of parcel should not exceed 30 inches/76 centimetres.
• The length + girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] should not exceed 105 inches/267 centimetres.
• Every article should be fully encased in corrugated cardboard
• Every article that is encased in a soft-sided pack (e.g., poly bag or bubble mailer) should not exceed 18 inches along its longest side or 14 inches along its second-longest side or 6 inches in height.
• Avoid cylindrical-like item, including but not limited to barrels, drums, mailing tubes, pails or tires.

Large Package Surcharge

A package is considered a Large Package when

• its length + girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] combined exceeds 130 inches/330 centimetres, or
• for domestic shipments its length exceeds 96 inches/244 centimetres.

If any of above two conditions breached then $123 “Large Package Surcharge” will be applicable. Large Packages are also subject to a minimum billable weight of 90 pounds/41 kilograms.

Tips to avoid other charges

• Packages should not contain prohibited articles or restricted articles.
• Your parcel should be ready before the pickup schedule to avoid pickup failures.
• You should ensure that you have given correct address to avoid any address correction fee.
• Avoid including articles over maximum limits is prohibited.
